It wasn’t so long ago that most metal work was hidden from view behind the concrete façade of a building. But times have changed and today metal work can be seen in an incredible array of modern architecture. New design and production techniques allow us to work with metals in innovative and bold ways across a host of applications from building façades to exposed internal frameworks.
Our team of experts will happily show you a comprehensive range of metals that will work best for your project that will last long into the future. If you would like an informal discussion about the options available please view our Metal Work case studies or contact us direct.
From 1st July 2014, the CE Marking of structural steelwork to BS EN 1090 became a legal requirement. After this date, any fabricated structural component delivered to site without a CE mark would be in breach of the EU Construction Products Regulation, enforced by Trading Standards.
Stanmore gained the required accreditation due to our consistent quality standards and assurances.
It is company policy to also carry out ND testing on all projects as part of the quality assurance for CE marking.
Stanmore provide metal work solutions for both internal and external projects. Designs vary enormously from sweeping grand stairways to modern stainless steel infrastructures, as well as frameworks for glazing or exterior walkways. Our design and material teams ensure that the type of metals used are appropriate for the design and its use.
